Students who wish to withdraw from Royal Thimphu College must visit the SSD office to complete the withdrawal and security clearance forms with a parental/guardian signature. If unable to visit personally, students may authorise a family member or friend to submit the forms and their student ID card on their behalf. CE students can download the form from here
