Bhutan Biodiversity Portal –  is an official repository of information on Bhutan’s biodiversity, built through the collective effort of data generators and users. Includes 2,700+ species pages, 45,000+ observations, maps, anddocuments.

Digital Flora of Bhutan - a collective effort of individuals (researchers, plant enthusiasts and naturalists) to provide basic information on the flowering plants of Bhutan.

GreenFILE (Ebscohost) covers the connections between the environment and a variety of disciplines such as agriculture, education, law, health and technology. NOTE: This database is only accessible from on campus.

ICIMOD - The Himalayan Document Centre provides direct access to selected full-text and multimedia files in electronic format. Available resources to download include books, articles, periodicals, and theses. 

IUCN Red List of Threatened Species - catalogues and highlights those plants and animals that are facing the risk of global extinction. 

OARE  - Online Access to Research in the Environment (OARE) provides full-text to more than 6,500 journals, 18,000 ebooks,as well as other information resources. ScienceDirect – through Research4Life, RTC has access to the world’s leading source for scientific, technical and medical research. TRID – is an integrated database providing access to more than one million records on transportation research worldwide. 

UNBISnet - is the UN’s Library's catalogue. UNBISnet, provides subject access to the full text of United Nations documents and publications on environmental issues. 

UNStats -Environment Statistics - Country Snapshots  - provide a selection of national environment statistics, complemented by key economic and social indicators.
