Thank you all for the applications and interests that we have received for the RTC Erasmus + International Exchange Programmes for the Spring-2024 round. Based on the selection criteria and evaluation carried out, the HR Office has the pleasure of announcing the results for the exchange programme:

Please note the following information pertaining to the exchange programme:
- All programmes are tentative at this stage and are subject to acceptance of the nomination based on the Erasmus+ conditions such as CVs and motivation letters, mobility learning agreements by the partner institutions and concerned approving authority and the visa approvals.
- The programme is totally based on the best effort basis and subject to visa approvals, agreement and mutual concurrence of the partner institutions. There are possibilities that the actual dates of the programmes may vary and may be rescheduled based on the partner institution’s requirement.
- All selected participants are immediately advised to prepare and submit their latest CV, motivation letter, passport copy (Scanned copy in PDF format – the bio data page and the facing page together in one single document) to the IR Office latest by 14th March, 2024.
- Participants are also advised to carry out due research on their proposed university, programmes and visa procedure.
- If any of the selected candidates are not able to participate for any reasons during this round, please contact and inform the HR Office at the earliest.
- All other requirements and expectations before and after the programme as outlined in the initial notification will need to be strictly complied with.
- As mentioned in the announcement, the minimum service commitment at the College after completion of the mobility of one month duration or less is 1 more full semester after return for faculty members and 6 months for staff.
- For mobility of one to six months, the minimum service commitment at the College after completion is 2 more full semesters after return for faculty members and 1 year (12 Months) for staff.
- A payback obligation of twice the awarded grant amount and associated expenditure applies for the non-completion of the future service requirement which will be delineated in a separate contract to be signed before leaving, prior to the programme.
- All other requirements and expectations before and after the programme as outlined in the initial notification will need to be complied with.
